zero1cine: the home of the best films created with AI
New portal that organizes the best films created with AI, and free!
After months of work, I'm happy to finally share the public-beta of zero1cine, a free (and curated) website that curates the best films created with AI.
My main goal with this project is to highlight emerging talent in AI filmmaking: many individuals, creators and storytellers who previously didn't have the opportunity to make a professional film are now empowered by AI tools (like Midjourney and Runway ), thus being able to bring your stories to life! This is a revolution in the Film and Entertainment industry, happening before our eyes. This changes everything.
Artists alone are becoming production studios, leading to an explosion of AI-generated content. All that content needs a place to live. To resolve this, the zero1cine serves as a catalog for AI films, making it easier to find and watch them while ensuring fair exposure for artists. Movies are organized by genres, tags, duration, directors and more.
Fair for the artists – Videos are embedded, so as not to fragment the artists’ views, but to expand them. Links to the artists' channels and social networks will always be available. We want to highlight talented AI artists on zero1cine so they can reach even more people.
A curation is another important layer at the base of zero1cine. In a world overloaded with information, curation is vital. The appearance of networking is equally significant; Our portal is a hub for discovering and connecting with new artists, promoting collaboration and community growth.
With over 80+ curated films and counting, this is just the beginning! 2023 was year zero for films created with AI. In 2024 there will be an explosion in this type of content.
Looking ahead to 2024, we have a roadmap ambitious, including podcasts with talented AI film directors, grants for independent artists, and our first AI film competition. Plus, get ready for a real-life AI Film Festival in Prague in Q4! 🏆
