SXSW 2023 Coming to an end.

Therefore, it is time for the Round Table Lineup debate, with Update or Die and Luchalibre Audio, informing and giving their opinion on the best that happened musically in Austin.

We will divide with you the creme de la creme side of the event into two parts, with 5 names in each, but their order in the table is not related to any criteria, they are just there.

If you liked the list, leave a comment. If you didn't like it, contact Wagner Brenner or Gustavo Giglio and leave your comment. Lets go to what matters:

Tangerine Dream: band from Germany formed in 1967, becoming a great exponent of progressive Electronic Rock. With more than 60 albums released (the current playlists without physical covers) and even though it has undergone some changes in the original lineup, it always brings an eclectic vision and sound that ranges from Pink Floyd to a more pop aspect, influencing generations.

Three Sacred Souls: If you create a romantic 60's playlist that includes Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, you can add this band and it will go smoothly. From 2019, with 7 members, it has already been praised by Gary Clark Jr, Belle and Sebastian, Black Pumas.

Os Mutantes: In my far from modest opinion, the best South American rock band of all time. Today led by Sergio Dias, an original member, formed in the late 60s, it had Arnaldo Batista and Rita Lee as partners. With mocking and creative lyrics and impeccable harmonies, his songs have survived over time, still enjoying great acceptance among younger audiences. Os Mutantes was acclaimed by iconic names in world music, such as Kurt Cobain and Beck, who admittedly used the band as inspiration.

New Order: Historic post punk band, emerged at the turn of the 70s to the 80s, with members of another iconic band (Joy Division). It needs no introduction, but my role is to write, and therefore, it has sold over 20 million records, award-winning career, and so on and so on. The link says it for me:

The Zombies: Formed in 1961, they were part of the famous “British invasion” that included other aspirants such as The Beatles, The Kinks, The Rolling Stones, catching the tail of the comet. With impeccable vocal arrangements, his hit song is the glorious Times of the Season, which if you've never heard, even if you've heard it by ear, you're in heaven.
