Trip FM with Satyanatha

The guest of this edition of Trip FM lived for seven years in a Hindu monastery located in Hawaii. That's right. A Hindu monastery, located in Hawaii and which is the headquarters of Saiva Siddhanta, one of the oldest lines of Shivaism, a tradition that has the goddess Shiva as the supreme being.

Born in Campinas, close to São Paulo, he graduated in Computer Engineering at UNICAMP when everyone still knew him as Davi Murbach. Leading a conventional life – with a good job, friends, girlfriend, etc. – he still didn't feel fulfilled and went looking for answers in metaphysics and at the Kauai monastery.

There he studied comparative theology, became one of the editors of the international magazine Hinduism Today and became a kind of black belt in meditation, a resource that is widely used by the tradition he follows, called Nathas.

Satyanatha tells a little more about his story and of course, talks about meditation, purpose, happiness and money and gives his reading of this completely crazy moment in the world.
